I met Glenn at the Royal Melbourne Show way back in 2007. Since then tragedy struck their Trout and Salmon Farm during the fires of 2008/9. Rebuilt and rearing to go, they have shown the typical "Aussie" spirit and now are open for us all to enjoy once more... This is the email that Glenn sent me today and I am forwarding it on to you with an invitation to visit during this School break...

Hello I hope you don't mind me sending this Email. You gave us your email address at the Royal Melbourne Show in 2007. Our property at Marysville Trout and Salmon Ponds was all but destroyed by the February 2009 bushfires but we did escape with our lives. We are slowly rebuilding and will reopen to visitors on the weekend of 19-20th December. We would love to see you all again and really need you, your family and friends to come up for the day catch some fish, have a bbq and have a great day out. We will be open from 10am to 5pm everyday between 24th December to 17th January 2010 and between 23rd January to 26th January 2010. (includes Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day and Australia day) We will waiver our entry fees for all if you mention this email. Bookings are preferred for groups of 10 or more and Bookings essential for Christmas day If you know of anyone else that may be interested in visiting our farm please forward on this email.
