Not too close...Not too far away...somewhere in between.
Phillip Island sounded perfect and guess what, it was.
The jetty at San Remo was a great place to eat our fresh fish and chips, watch the pelicans being fed on the foreshore and talking with the crayfish trawler's owners.
We were staying at the Big4 Caravan Park on the Island just over the connecting bridge from San Remo and from there we were able to go and see the little Penguins at night, visit the Koala Sanctuary, get thoroughly disorientated at Amaze'n'Things, make our own chocolate at the Chocolate factory and really have the time of our lives.
This picture was taken on the San Remo Jetty and as you can see, my granddaughter was thoroughly enjoying herself!
